Kristi is an ambitious and dedicated Digital Marketing Professional and Social Media Content Creator currently living in Los Angeles, California. In 2021, she earned her MBA focused in Marketing at Brandman University. She also holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She is a trusted leader and team player recognized for great collaboration, creativity, and seamless planning and coordination – offering 5+ years of professional expertise.

 

Currently, she uses her expertise in social media as a Social & Digital Coordinator at Disney Branded Television, working on titles including ZOMBIES, Descendants, Wizards Beyond Waverly Place, Doctor Who, and Malcolm in the Middle: Life's Still Unfair.

She previously entered the entertainment industry in the Kids & Family space in her role as a Social Media Coordinator at Nickelodeon. She also offered services as a freelance Social Media Marketing Manager, Content Creator, and Graphic Designer for small businesses.

 

Prior to this, she held the title of Senior Account Executive for a local marketing agency in Hawaii. She produced digital content, executed social ads/promotions, and managed full-service marketing campaigns for over 20 clients in various industries. She also trained and led her own team of social media content creators which resulted in 40% year-over-year growth for the company.

In her undergrad, she participated in a dream internship – the Disney College Program – at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. This experience refined her expertise in The Walt Disney Company and Guest Services while allowing her to expand her network in the industry. She later took this experience to the Disneyland Resort and Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa as a Reservation Sales Agent at the Walt Disney Travel Company. She hopes to someday combine her passions and expertise in a marketing role for an entertainment company like Disney!
